What decisions are you not yet delegating to agents, and what's that costing you?

Every organisation has processes where human bottlenecks slow things down. Some of those are genuinely high-stakes and need a human in the loop. Others are just habit — decisions that feel important but follow predictable patterns, where the human adds latency but not judgment.

The cost of not delegating isn’t always obvious. It shows up as cycle time, as decisions that wait for someone’s calendar, as skilled people doing repetitive triage instead of the work that actually needs their expertise.

The exercise: list the decisions humans make today, then separate the ones that genuinely require human judgment from the ones that are simply routed to a human because no alternative existed. The second category is your opportunity.
