1. Who I am

This website is operated by Shane Deconinck. For privacy-related questions, contact me via shane@trustedagentic.ai.

2. What data is collected

  • When you purchase the Programme: name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe; card details are not stored)
  • When you participate: any information you share during the prep call and sessions
  • When you sign up for notifications: your email address
  • When you visit this website: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by the hosting provider Netlify

3. Why it is collected

  • To deliver the Programme and communicate with you about scheduling and materials
  • To process your payment
  • To send notifications about future cohorts and new programmes (only if you signed up)
  • To improve the website and Programme

Legal basis under GDPR: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for notifications, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who has access

  • Stripe processes payments. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
  • Zoom hosts the live sessions. Their privacy policy: zoom.us/privacy
  • Netlify hosts this website and processes notification form submissions. Their privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy
  • Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

5. Recordings

Instructor-led content may be recorded and made available to participants. Group discussions are never recorded. By participating, you consent to appearing in session recordings where instructor-led content is presented.

6. Data retention

  • Payment records: retained as required by Belgian tax law (7 years)
  • Programme communications: retained for 2 years after the programme ends
  • Notification email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe
  • Website logs: retained by Netlify per their data retention policy

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data held about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent for notifications at any time
  • Request data portability

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process as part of payment processing and fraud prevention.
