1. Overview
These terms govern your participation in the Trusted Agentic AI programme (“the Programme”) offered by:

By purchasing the Programme, you agree to these terms.
2. What you are purchasing
- A 30-minute preparatory call
- Four live online sessions (90 minutes each)
- Recordings of instructor-led content (group discussions are not recorded)
- Reference materials, framework documentation, and assessment tools
- A certificate of completion from trustedagentic.ai
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The full programme fee is charged at the time of purchase. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added during checkout.
4. Invoice terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Any claims regarding an invoice must be submitted within 5 business days via registered mail. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month after the due date. After 15 days of formal notice, a 15% administrative charge applies on unpaid amounts, with a minimum of €25.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- More than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund.
- 14 days or fewer before the programme start date: no refund. You may transfer your place to another person by notifying me in writing before the first session.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Programme changes
I reserve the right to:
- Reschedule sessions with at least 7 days’ notice
- Cancel the programme if the minimum number of participants is not met, in which case a full refund will be issued
- Update programme content to reflect the latest developments in the field
7. Chatham House Rule
Group discussions are held under the Chatham House Rule. Participants may use the information received, but may not reveal the identity or affiliation of any other participant.
8. Intellectual property
All programme materials, frameworks, recordings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Shane Deconinck. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside the participant’s organisation without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The Programme provides educational content and frameworks. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or technical advice. Participants are responsible for how they apply the material in their organisations.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Bruges, Belgium.
